Hi Brent,
What you are looking at buying are casters. Plates are just that... I went
with the Red China models. They looked good but did not work to well. They
have cast wheels with drilled holes , no bushing or bearing. The holes are
off center by about 1/8". They roll like crap. They turn like crap. If I had
painted floors they would rip the paint all up.
There are casters that are made to hold the weight and not destroy the
floor. Do your castor home work first.
