Your wrong of course. I only gave up my 3000GT VR4 to get a Pantera. I
raced NSX's and they couldn't keep up. If you want to start talking about
adding things from stock that's fine but we both start from stock. There
are plenty of VR4's still on the road and they are holding their value.
Have you owned either one to have any real knowledge? I have, and the VR4
was actually easier to work on than I thought it would be. Of course it's
not a Pantera, as nothing can beat the styling or wow factor.

The Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR4's published performance specs are close to an NSX
on paper and that's the only place they can be compared. The Mitsubishi is
one of the biggest pices of automotive crap ever pushed on the public. With
twin turbos they were squeezing every ounce of HP they could get. The NSX is
natuarly aspirated if you put one turbo on it it will crush just about any
sports car on he road ( not a dragstrip) Look at what a 3000 gt VR4 (Dodge
stealth with some extra toys) is worth today ( if you can find one that
still runs)
I thought this sight was about Panteras and other quality cars not Junk!
P.S. They only thing a Mitsubishi could blow was not doors.

I had a 3000GT twin turbo that would blow the doors off of an NSX, great
styling and handling also.

The NSX is beautiful Tom.
An editor for Road & Track or one of the other auto mags once described
the NSX as the "best sports car in the world"....Yea, I know that was quite
a few years ago but they do rock.

I questioned all the reviews until I drove one....for a computer brain
instead of a carburator it handles like it is on rails and awas a joy to
drive....great styling. I have a friend (Tom King) at Silver State who is a
long time ORR veteran and he just put a blower on his akready very fast NSX
and is returning in May to run the NORC. I like them but as long as I am
dreaming give me the new midship Audi <?>

Ask Tom Baranek in NC, he has a beautiful Black with Red Int NSX to match
his Red Pantera with a Black int. Great car, no rust issues ( like it can't
rust ), only about 270-300 hp, but they weigh nothing. If I had a big, big
garage, it would be one of the toys I'd fill it with.

Soul? None, nadda zip.

If you want something soul-less, why not that Honda/Acura mid-engine thingy?

At least it "looks" like a performance car. At a distance,I can't
distuinguish a C-6 from the latest Miata. Its true, throw gas on me and
light the fuse.

Admittedly, the "soul" can become tiresome (the new truck motor is sure a
beast for the street) but when you give it the foot feed it IS sweet.
