As I still have hopes of building my dream Pantera, it looks like I

It's held every other summer, in July.  Unfortunately, the British were
upset that their event was becoming too crowded, so they deliberately
set out to fix the problem by scheduling it on the same date as Le Mans
Classic.  So, you have to choose.

For me, it's no contest--LMC is the way to go.  You can go to the
Festival of Speed that same weekend on the off years.
