I also wear a size 11, I usually wear a pair of Piloti driving shoes or my
spiffy Yellow and Black checkerboard Vans, you just want a shoe with little
or zero lip along the edges.
Those teeny weenie Italian dudes musta been a size 8 - 9 or smaller.
