[DeTomaso] Advice from the Ironbutts

Getting into a Pantera is easy as I have extra gravitation pull helping
me. Getting out is the hard part.

I usually just drive barefoot.  For track days, I wear the race boots
which don't have a wide sole.  Even in size 14, they are no problem for
those narrowly spaced pedals.
