Guess you haven't hit the spots where construction is going on (all the time 
in various sections) and you would've loved it a couple days ago when 
something caused a power failure and the traffic lights were not functioning on 
Virginia at McCarran for some time - during rush hour of course. Basically its 
pretty much of a trade off with Vegas.
