[DeTomaso] mustang rotor swap question

Hello,
 
I am considering doing the mustang rotor swap and was wondering which rotors to go with.
 
SSBC has a "turbo slotted" rotor for $110 each

and they also have a "turbo slotted, big bite cross drilled, and extra life plating" for $148 each.

I thought I read somewhere that cross drilling does not improve braking performance. What do the experts have to say.......Are they worth the extra money?
