Ignition? I've used a full Dura Spark set up in the past with no problems. The best local engine builder says they'll fireanything reliably up to 6500rpm. They do make some upgraded versions too. I'd use one now but I don't think the cap wouldclear the front runner on a Weber manifold. I haven't had time to reach in there and find out. Anyone know? Could you use a
small cap with everything else the same? Thoughts?
180 Headers? After hours (actually minutes) of research if found that more of the 70s era prototypes an road racers didnot actually use 180s, seemed to be a Ford GT thing. I've seem many T-70s, Chapparals, McClarens etc. which just used longtube headers and a cross over behind the collectors. Since I've heard so many comments about the 180s on Panteras beingmore visual than functional I started wondering about this. I know the advantages of longer smooth flowing tubes, but you'dget the fancy schmancy looks and not have the suspension interference issues...easier to build and less connections too.

Roll cages? I'd never use a full cage in a car I would drive without a helmet. Ive thought about using a extra layer/section of
metal in the front header, top and front of the door opening and A pillar. Or replace them with round or oval tubing.
ALOT of work and probably not understandable to the race techs but it an idea to tie into a roll bar and reduce the amount of
space taken up by a regular cage.

Paint? FLAT BLACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
