[DeTomaso] Gear cam drive

The fixed idler is the best.
You do drill into the block to fit them
If I remember you use something inside the gears like paper to get the correct tolerance.  Then you drill and bolt them in.
The gear runs true with the proper fit not like the pete jackson that just floats in there.
The sound is better and I think it will last longer.
