[DeTomaso] carbon fiber doors?

Recently, a go-faster contacted PPC-Reno about a pair of really lightweight 
doors for his Pantera. As most of you know, Larry has fiberglas molds of all 
the panels including doors, and even has a pair of doors already done in 
fiberglas. But this application is not for a maxed-out racer or a GR-4 replica but a 
street car, so the doors should have roll-up windows, guides, latches & locks 
and weatherstripping..... and be super-light. Also, they'll be rustproof...
All this engineering is gonna take money. So I'm posting a sound-out: how 
many owners- racers or street- are interested in a group-buy on such things? 
While it appears as if Larry is gonna do it anyway, he can as easily make ten sets 
of doors as one, but he won't make the extras if they're going to lay on a 
shelf for 10 years. You're not ordering them and right now theres no commitment 
since the price is still being calculated, but lemme know if this appeals to 
you.
