[DeTomaso] inside rear view mirror vibrates

Are there any solutions? It makes it nearly impossible to recognize the
profile of the CHP Crown Vic's that might be lurking nearby and I think
it is a general safety hazard.

The outside mirrors offer a clear, non vibrating, vision, but I wish
they could be angled out a little bit more. I have these outside mirrors
if anybody can offer a suggestion on if they can be adjusted to face
more outward:
