For the interested:

Mike Dailey has posted an article describing the tests I did on a 230 deg
and two 260 degree Pantera Veglia temperature gauges, four replacement part
water temperature sensors which were listed for 351C engines, and an original
Pantera water temperature sensor. These sensor characteristics are compared to
the requirements of the Veglia gauge.

None of these sensors actually match the Veglia gauge, but two of them are
close in the area where it gets important.

The article is at: >>>>>http://www.panteraplace.com/Page9.htm. Scroll down
to "Electrical."

If you don't see the article, it could be that your browser or ISP (like
AOL) keeps Internet pages in a cache which only gets updated once a day.

Have fun,
