The 700 double-pumper is a standard off-the-shelf Holley item as well. They
don't seem to 'push' the 700 size for some reason, but it seems to be just
about the perfect compromise between the driveability of a 650 and the top-end
power of a 750.

Note that this carburetor comes with standard center-hung float bowls which
must be removed to change jets (Larry's carbs come with additional-cost float
bowls that have access plugs so you can reach through with a special tool (also
included) and change jets without taking the carburetor apart--in fact you
can change jets with the carburetor installed on the engine).
This carburetor also comes with standard Holley plastic floats; Larry's have
the optional extra-cost metal floats.
This carburetor lacks an electric choke, which is a $50 addition. Larry's
comes with it.
This carburetor has no fuel feed; if you already have one, then great, but if
not, there's another $30-$50.
And the list goes on.
You would probably be perfectly happy with a standard 700 double-pumper with
an electric choke from Summit; the other options Larry includes on his carb
make the carburetor much nicer to live with, and easier to tune, at the cost of
a few more bucks.
