[DeTomaso] New Carb - Recommendations?

My old Holley is shot ... no choke, no idle and a little hesitant to
accelerate prior to 3,000 RPM.

I've done some research and am leaning to a particular model, but with a
long winter staring us Canucks in the face, I'm not in any rush to move
ahead.

So, I'm interested to know ... 

- What carb are you currently running in your 351c?
- What do you like / dislike about it?
