Well,
I don't totally agree.

The 245/50-15 tire height is about the same as 345/35-15 (24,7" vs 24,5" if
I'm right).
Maybe a good choice for someone who want's their Pantera low. The widest rim
to fit is 9,5" though, so the 10 inch campy would be a bit wide.

A 245/50 on a 7" rim is not a particularly good fit and a 245/50 tire is too
short for use as rear tires.
