[DeTomaso] Oil cooler location

I just added another car to the Registry and this one has
an oil cooler in a location I have not seen used before.

I asked him about the debris issue, and he said no problems in several years
of use.

Being that this car appears to be an "Auto Bahn" stalker, I would think he
has tested the cooling efficiency with high speed runs.
