It works great, just as advertised.   There may be less-expensive 
alternatives that work just as well; Dynamat is a very well-known brand and they can 
charge more because of it.   I've got a bunch of it in my car, and mine is among 
the quietest Panteras (on the inside) I've ever been in, even though it has an 
ANSA GTS exhaust system.
