The manifold is very interesting, kind of a poor man's IR system, but it needs injectors etc.  It looks like he took the centers of two single plane manifold to make a single manifold.  I don't think anyone makes a cast tunnel ram for Yates heads, so I don't know what else it could be.  Very creative.
   
  The oil pan doesn't look like a Pantera pan
