Back in the 70's it was a "cool" thing for either the owner or the dealer to
make these silly little plaques for cars that said stuff like that, surely
to emulate some of the cars of the era that really were custom made, you
know, like an Excalibur, a Stutz ( Pontiac Grand Prix)
and other things for taste challenged people with too much money

( but I have to be honest the fake Auburn Boat tail Speedster was sorta
cool...really )
