[DeTomaso] Late Pantera Schematic Question

The R/BK wire feeds power to the stop lamp switch  and the starter interlock
override switch.
The R wire feeds power  through the hazard switch to the turn signal flasher.

These two  connections run parallel to each other down the schematic from
Fuse  12.  At the bottom of the schematic where they head off in  separate
left & right directions, they are connected together.   The question is, is
this a typo (my guess) or are they actually connected  somewhere in the
harness.  If they are connected, then their fuse  functions are not separated
which is not desirable from a fusing standpoint  but the circuits will
function OK.
