[DeTomaso] Rubber based valve stems - Lessons learned and passed on

Remember, there are rubber stems, metal stems, and metal covered rubber stems.  The cars originally came with all metal units that
have a nut on the outside.  They are usually shorter than the rubber ones so they look better too.  There may be fitment issues with 
some aftermarket wheels but I doubt it.  Most ORR tech requires metal stems.
