[DeTomaso] COOLING SYSTEM PRESSURE CAP VALUES / Dick Ruzzin

Newer cars went to higher pressure caps so they could run engines hotter
for emissions reasons.  I had to take my old 1969 back to a 7 psi cap
because it kept blowing up the heater core.  The pressure cap only
determines the max temp before the engine boils over.
