[DeTomaso] CNC Brake May be Closing/Up for sale

I was told this morning that the owners of CNC Brake are retiring and have not found a buyer for their business.  They make a dual master cylinder assembly for Panteras.  I have no idea how healthy the business is, but it sounded like they were looking for a buyer.  I think they are in San Diego if anyone is looking for a business to buy into:
