I asked a friend about this stuff, and he pointed out that you almost need a super computer to run their software.  Not quite for the masses.

Among us we've probably got access to several big machines to run it on, 
but that CFD software is expensive!
It would take some time to add enough detail to the existing 3D models 
to be useful,
but it sure would be interesting.
