Talk about wind testing. There is a race shop in N Carolina  with a  wind tunnel and a Stainless steel conveyor that is large enough for a car to fit on.  The conveyor runs at 160 mph in the wind, while the teams study the suspension    and air forces. You will need $4000 for an hour on it!              Original Message-----
