I got a Dakota Digital fan relay kit, put a new sensor in the block to send
the temp signal and hooked the low temp "on" to a singe fan and the other
two fans (the second one in the front and the rear sucker fan) come on at a
slightly higher temperature as determined by the relay, which can be user
programmed.

It works great.
