[DeTomaso] Intake manifold tilt

I did mine trial and error.  I don't have a mill, so I used a belt sander, a
plastic spacer, and a level.  Sound redneck?  Maybe so, but it worked.

Total cost - about $25.

It made a big difference.  Without the spacer, it would stall under heavy
braking no matter what I did to the floats.  With the spacer, I could stand
on the brakes with the floats properly adjusted, and it wouldn't come close
to stalling.

I understand that different manifolds require different angles. If you can
estimate the angle within one degree, go with that. I noticed no difference
when I had my carb angle leveled anyway.
