[DeTomaso] POCA Profiles, Newsletter, and Roster

The 2007 #3 POCA Profiles is in the mail along with the POCA Newsletter
for April.

Since January we have gone many rounds with the POCA Roster to get the
content and layout right.  I just got the "final" proof from the printer
yesterday.  It is *almost* right -- sigh.  I expect that we should have
it right and printed in time to mail with the POCA Newsletter in May.
