[DeTomaso] AC Expansion Valve Question

A couple of years ago, I bought some A/C parts from Lynn's Auto Air in
Downey, California. This seems to be the place all the other A/C shops in
Los Angeles go to for their stuff. The resident expert, Marco, basically
told me that expansion valves are expansion valves. It was my understanding
that they used the same type for R-12 and R-134. I went from the 12 to the
134. The phone number there is 562-803-5611.
