[DeTomaso] Survey regarding the video feed of yesterday's tech session

Awesome Job Chuck!

This is a HUGE piece of shared interactive knowledge, and my  
compliments to Chuck for overcoming the technical challenges to make  
this happen.  If you all only knew how computer illiterate Chuck was  
many years ago and to now have the great registry system he put in  
place -and- now this interactive web cam setup.

I hope Chuck is able to make this happen again soon.
