  The H-rating is the minimum requirement for the Touring Class (up to 110mph; 124mph tech 
  speed IIRC) at Silver State ORR. Don't show up with anything less than an H. If you want to 
  go faster, then plan to spend money on new wheels and tires to get into the sizes and 
  ratings you need.
