[DeTomaso] Master Cylinder replacemnet

Most of the Pantera vendors can provide the adapter and an off-the-shelf master cylinder.  Try Pantera Performance in Colorado.  Care must be taken to preserve the proper push rod length inside the booster.  The vendors will have taken care of that for you.
