[DeTomaso] Felt or Carpet for the front trunk?

Generally, felts glue in while carpet simply lays against a surface, although 
there are crossovers for both. And there are a wide assortyment of glues and 
felts. I had both front & rear trunks redone in glued-in light-gray 
uphosterer's felt by a San Jose street-rod upholsterer some 15 years ago. It's survived 
nicely in both ends, including 12 trips to 'Vegas and a couple of brake fluid
