[DeTomaso] FW: Driver's window removal

Doug,

I just pulled my doors apart late last year and if I may add the advice of 
don't force it.  Keep moving the glass until you obtain the right angle and 
it slides right out.
I remember an up, rotate and twist motion that seemed to hit the sweet 
spot......
