Hi Goran,
I doubt this car would ever receive a FIA historic passport in Europe, which means you could do nothing over here with that car, except have fun at some club meetings. No Le mans Classic, no Mastersseries or Classic Endurance Racing ( which all request FIA passport ). What Hugh Kleinpeter legally did in the US was not validated in Europe by FIA.
Now, from a collector standpoint, it is a brilliant piece of the DT history. 
How much have you got to spend ?... That 's the rule !
It is unclear to me what is the current condition of the car. Still a burned wreck with some spares ? Or any improvement ?
For some dealers, just the VIN is worth more than that.... i think I know someone.... :>))
