No, you are not the only one.
I  inquired.
I received one ( may be two ) "100 USD" proposal to participate to a group purchase, well... that's not enough. 
Anyway.
Here's what I got.
Mr. Santiago De Tomaso has already bought all the archives and remaining spares. Also, some tooling, but most of it seems "old hat" now. Could be replaced by laser stuffs. All the chassis numbers archives are in several file cabinets, the spares ( including rare Mangusta spares  )  are still at the factory, but will be moved to new premises ( unknown place yet ) . Santiago will do the distribution himself, direct ( no dealer, no distributor ). He also intends to be able to duplicate some spares, if orders are in sufficient quantity. For instance, he is considering to replicate the Campagnolos rims in 10, 13 and 14 " providing orders of 20 units are grouped.

  This just reminds me once again of the need to somehow capture the  info that 
  is at the factory and will be sold, or worse, lost when it is  auctioned off. 
  In spite of the fact that we have quite a few knowledgeable  people, there is 
  a tremendous amount of info we still don't know. We keep  talking about this 
  but nothing gets done. Sorry to be so blunt, but am I the  only one who thinks
