Someone ask the question if the bleed lines off the back of the heads are
necessary.  They are NOT.  That is something that John added.  Nothing wrong
with it but not necessary.  You do need a small bleed hose from the top of
the water neck on the front of the engine back to the pressure tank to have
a constant purge of any air that might be in the system.  Small is the key
work here.
