With Army recruitment numbers the way they are, ANY publicity is looked at 
like a blessing.  If anyone watched the episode you'll remember how they 
gave some real airtime to the reserve unit there.  It was a super car 
competition with some good PR footage for the Army too.

My old Army reserve command was based out of Los Alamitos (Los Al) for 
short.  The 63rd ARCOM/ 63rd Army Reserve Command, we were the 414th MP 
Company out of Santa Ana (EPW Processing).
