That's fantastic!

Now, if you don't have any plans for that extra Cleveland you've got taking up space in your garage...!

Sincerely,

> Cheers all, well after months and months and months, and delays and delays and delays and more money and more money and more money and cuts, bruises and scraped knuckles it runs once again. My EFI 5.0 rumbled to life at 11:13 PM Pacific Time with little fan fair save a leaky valve cover gasket and a stuck thermostat that caused a brief overheating spell. We have had very unusual heavy rain showers today, but I was able to take it around the block a couple of times and for a couple of miles on the twisty roads out back. Very pleased to say it fires up with out hesitation, idles extremely smoothly, shuts off as soon as the ignition is turned off, no back firing, no smoke or exhaust fumes, no fuel fumes, the temperature never rose above 180 degrees, except when the thermostat bellied up and was really smooth and quick revving. The engine feels only marginally down on power and torque as compared to my Cleveland and that may be due in part to the change in gearing but the car feels much quicker and lighter overall. The engine has a nice broad power range and the EFI should provide many miles of trouble free driving.
