[DeTomaso] Wanted, 71 or 72, Which To Buy?

Less smog control and a higher performance (closed chamber quench  heads) engine comes to mind. Of course I never thought of that as a disadvantage!

  Hello Guys,
       I have always shied away from 71 Panteras for fear of running into additional problems that the newer cars wouldn't experience.  I plan to keep this next car for the rest of my life and I don't need anymore headaches than necessary.  So what are the disadvantages of a 71 as opposed to a Pre-L 72?
