[DeTomaso] Moving to Sacramento - NPC

Getting allot of ideas here. Mikey suggested the Sacramento Fire House that is for sale or find another commercial building downtown with lots of garage space.  

We hang a TPR sign on the front of it, put some lights up, build a bar inside, hire a couple locals  and call it a 'private sports club'.   

Lots of possibilities. ;-]>

Actually, Sacramento housing prices have plummeted lately.  There are a 
WHOLE LOT of really great deals available on houses right now.  Prices have 
fallen almost to non-California levels.  If you've got access to capital, you can 
really do well for yourself.  Semi-rural properties with a lot of space are 
also available in the Sacramento  area....
