Actually, Sacramento housing prices have plummeted lately.   There are a 
WHOLE LOT of really great deals available on houses right now.   Prices have 
fallen almost to non-California levels.   If you've got access to capital, you can 
really do well for yourself.   Semi-rural properties with a lot of space are 
also available in the Sacramento area....
