I got an offer I couldn't refuse this last week to head up to Sacramento to
work on the new SAC airport fulltime . Its a 4-5 year $1.2 billion dollar
project (new terminal, people mover/light rail, hotel and a bunch on
ancillary projects).

I've been up twice in recent weeks for meetings but still haven't found a
realtor I trus or like. I am going to need to rent an apt. or condo for the
short term....and soon as I mentioned that I get the "well get back to me
when you are ready to buy".

Wots a good source for rentals in SAC? Craigs List or other web sites?
