[DeTomaso] Exhaust Port Plates for conversion to 2bbl heads with 4bbl headers

I'm familiar with port plates that go on the 4V heads, but not plates  
to go on the 2V heads.  And yes, 4V headers will not seal properly to  
a 2V head as far I recall.
