I didn't say to tighten them, I said to loosen and lift up while 
re-tightening them. Theres a small amount of slop in all bolt holes and pulling up on the 
calipers will displace the calipers to the top   of their hole tolerance. 
Since the interference isn't much, this may produce enough clearance. Otherwise, 
the hole(s) will need to be elongated to produce even more tolerance or some 
grinding needs to be done. Try it before you poo-poo it- J Deryke
