[DeTomaso] Mustang rotor/stud problem resolved

It might be better to drill the Mustang rotors to fit the Pantera studs
tightly like the factory did, instead of turning the factory studs down.
Might be cheaper to replace too. Five Pantera studs probly cost more than a
cheap rotor.

I think the welding was intended to prevent stud rotation, because the studs
are not splined where they press into the Mustang rotor/hub.
