According to TSB #14, article #113, on the right-hand-park cars, the shorter 
of the two wiper arms (passenger side) is supposed to park with the furthest 
edge of the wiper blade (towards the passenger side) is exactly two inches 
above the windshield lower rubber weather seal, and the other one is supposed to 
park with the furthest edge of the wiper blade (again, the edge towards the 
passenger side) initially two and a half inches above the windshield lower rubber 
weather seal.
