I chuckled when I read Mike's reply about the Pantera gas tank in his bedroom. I read that to my wife and she replied, "What? Is he married? He's kidding about the gas tank in his bedroom, right?"

PS: I bought a completely refurbished and professionally coated tank (coated with the stuff that doesn't end up dissolving and messing up the engine) from someone on the forum for about $350. Maybe, if you find out your tank is as bad as my first one was, you can find a good price, too.
