[DeTomaso] Third fan / cooling problems at idle.

What I have found is that  if you have cooling problems at idle it is 
most likely caused by insufficient coolant circulation, not by not 
having enough air over the radiator.
The heat generated by the engine should be less at idle than at higher 
speeds. (I guess?)
