[DeTomaso] Attaching Fans to Fluidyne Radiator

Thanks Bill. The fans I got from Byers are two separate units that are not
mounted in a shroud such as yours. Some type of clip would work. I had NO
plans to try to strap them through the veins. I wanted to mount them as
Bobby Byers did with the screws into the edge of the top and bottom plates,
but wanted to make sure I wasn't going to poke a hole in the cooling tubes
if there were any hiding next to the top and bottom plates.
